Hairy False Golden Aster

This plant has a bright yellow flower with 20-30 rays that are rounded on the ends atop a 10 inch stem. The plant is covered in coarse hairs, giving it its name. The stem has a purplish hue. Leaves are also hairy and twisted erratically.
